About NexStone
Italian Design.
Indian Precision.
NexStone manufactures large-format porcelain slabs for architects and fabricators worldwide, drawing on Italian surface design and built on a precision production line in Morbi, Gujarat.
We make porcelain slabs at architectural scale: 800 and 1200 millimetres wide and up to 3200 long, cut, calibrated and finished as a single continuous surface. Floors, walls and worktops read as one gesture rather than a field of tiles, because the joint that would normally interrupt them is no longer there.
The design language is Italian - veining, tone and finish are developed the way an Italian surface house would develop them, then produced at a scale and a cost that Italian capacity alone could not sustain. Manufacturing runs on our own line in Morbi, Gujarat, India's ceramic district, where the tile industry has spent three decades learning to press, fire and grind at volume.
Large format is not a size preference. It removes grout lines from a floor, hides the seam behind a waterfall edge, and lets a single slab carry a wall the height of a room. That is the discipline the rest of this site, and the collection itself, is built around.
Founder's Message
We started in 2007 with one press and a conviction that a slab should arrive in Rotterdam looking exactly as it left Morbi. Everything since - the second line, the calibration bench, the crates we design ourselves - has been in service of that one sentence.

Company Profile
NexStone has manufactured large-format porcelain slabs since 2007, from its own line in Morbi, Gujarat. The range is produced in 800 × 2400 · 800 × 3000 · 800 × 3200 · 1200 × 1800 · 1200 × 2400 · 1200 × 2800 · 1200 × 3200 mm, cut, calibrated and finished as a single continuous surface.
Production covers pressing, firing, grinding and finishing under one roof, with calibration held to tenths of a millimetre across a batch. Packing, palletising and export documentation are handled in-house and built around ocean freight.
What We Hold To
Designed in Italy
Every surface starts as a design problem, not a print run. Veining, tone and finish are developed the way an Italian atelier develops a stone, then locked before a single slab is fired.
Manufactured in Morbi
Our line presses, fires and grinds at a tolerance measured in tenths of a millimetre. Consistency across a batch matters as much as the design of any single slab.
Built for Export
Packing, palletising and documentation are built around ocean freight from day one. A slab that leaves Morbi is specified, tested and crated to arrive exactly as it left.
